With every crackle, I hope to emit positive vibes throughout each and every one of you.
About Us
Scents by KayMilan is a black owned business based out of Moreno Valley, Ca. Created by Kawana Thompson, a woman that found a passion and an aspiration in manufacturing candles.
“It all started after I had my second child. With the wish to have more children, my prayers were finally answered. Note, prior to me conceiving, my social media accounts were all referenced under KayMilan in hopes of one day having a baby girl to represent that name. My daughter, Kapri Milan came along and gave me the motivation to start my business. My son, my first born, Kameron is who gave me the passion to launch Scents by KayMilan. My son has been through it all with me. Together as one, our journey through life has inspired me to build this foundation based upon the love for my children.”

Mission Statement
To provide peace and tranquility to all. To create a sense of calmness and relaxation as well as a serene environment. Promoting and encouraging positive energy and positive thoughts while inhaling the aroma of the handmade candle Scents by KayMilan is my intent. My overall purpose is to provide a way to cope with mental health specifically anxiety, stress, and depression.

Instructions
- Trim the wooden wick before each burn, even before the first burn.
- Burn the wooden wick for 3-4 hours during the first burn and each burn after that.
- Monitor the flame on your wooden wick.
- Discontinue use of your candle when there is ¼’’ wax left in the jar or when the bottom of the jar is visible through the wax.
